From the early stages of our development in the engineering sector it
soon became apparent that there would be more and more emphasis placed with MII Limited to
take full project responsibility on behalf of our customers.
Today, on many of our projects, this has grown into a full blown Facilities Management role.
The added value for our customer is that this division can cover work from the day-to-day
maintenance to major projects, which in many cases comes under CDM Regulations where we have
been the principal contractor managing all other works.
Areas of Facilities Management range from large steel plants to the Pharmaceuticals, Food and
Cosmetic industries. MII Limited can undertake design and construction to maintenance, planning
and development of clients maintenance management systems with the customer. Our team of
