Environmental issues are very dear to the hearts of most Welsh communities. In recent years, Wales
hasmade serious headway into creating a cleaner, greener and more friendly working environment
for its industries today.
At MII Limited, we are proud of our association with both the Wales Environment Centre and
Arena Network. For nearly 5 years we have been working to repair and improve the environment
in which we work.

Accreditation to the 14001 Environment System in January 2001 has resulted in a better awareness
throughout our company. Our education programme covers the storage and disposal of gas oil, paint, paper and
other work materials. We regularly audit our use of HQ and site utilities, use of raw and waste materials as
well as transport. We conduct unannounced surveillance visits to satellite sites. We also introduce our
environmental policy and standards to every employee at induction.
We strive to be a cleaner, greener and friendlier company at all times.
